Lingshed Monestery

When i want to hanupata to kanji track in jully 2018 .that was my frist treck with four German family.its was very grateful to visit the lingshed Monestery.

This monastery is situated atop a hill of a village known as Singh Pass, about 3 days south of Yuru village. Originally, this monastery was forgotten by the Translator, Rinchen Zangpo, Later Nesem Shesrab Zangpo, having expanded it, established it Gelukpa Order there. Among the image in this monastery is the magnificient image of a tutelary deity Berava, about one foot in height, which is said to have spoken. This image can only be viewed on the 4th day of the month. Moreover, prior to the founding of the monastery, fire is said to be a burning one on a rock at that place in the form of an auspicious sign. Therefore, the monastery was built upon that rock at the spot. A stupa was built upon that rock and given name, Tashi Odbar, which can still be seen in the temple. Besides this, there are many other shrines to be seen. The successive reincarnation of Nari Rinpoche act as incumbent of the monastery.

A beautiful view from thiksay monestry Thiksay monestry or thiksay gonpa its located on the top of the hill in thiksay village approximately 20 kilometres from the leh city in ladakh, india."on the right bank of river indus.The Sherab zangpo's nephew called paldan sharab founded the great monestry of thiksey.there are sacred shrines and many precious objects to be seen there.scared dance's are held at the time of the gustor ritule which is performed every year from the 17th to 19th day of the 9month according to the Tibetan callender. On the top of the monestry seems to be amazing views of thiksay village and others village.

Leh Dosmoche 2019 The festival of Dosmoche celebrate in both leh and likir monastery takes place every year in the 12th month of 28th and 29th according to the Tibetan calendar.The monks of different monasteries are invited by turn to perform the ceremonies which ensure health and prosperity.The expert lama's of takthak monastery who have forte in erect a large number thread-cross model (dosmoche) after which the festival is named.this year lamayouru monastery monk performed a mask dance in the large dance courtyard of the ''NEW MONASTERY'' OR ''GONPA SOMA'' below the castle of leh,and the monks of korzok monastery making a large thread -cross model to trip evil sprites.on 29th the monks leave from the center to the town wearing dance masks and playing on drums ,cymbals,horns and shams. At the end an open field they cast votive offering. ...
